Dispersing and grinding solutions for UV inks

Dispersing and grinding solutions for UV inks

Model: HB-ADC688

UV ink refers to the use of ultraviolet light of different wavelengths and energy to polymerize the monomers in the ink binder into polymers under ultraviolet irradiation, so that the ink can be filmed and dried. UV ink, like most other inks, is composed of 20%-40% binder, 5%-15% pigment, 40%-60% organic solvent and 0%-5% additives. Of course, each ink factory has different processes, but the ink dispersion and grinding process is common. The integrated feeding, dispersing and grinding system developed by Rucca (dispersing machine + sand mill) brings different "dimension" solutions to the coating industry The scheme has been successfully applied to major domestic paint and ink manufacturers.
