The effect of grinding acaricide with RUCCA sand mill
Acaricides, as important agents for the prevention and control of phytophagous mites, play an indispensable role in ensuring the healthy growth of crops. Among them, bifenazate-spirodiclofen suspension, as a new type of selective foliar spray acaricide, has been widely used in agricultural production due to its high efficiency, safety and long shelf life. And the sand mill as an important equipment in the production of pesticide suspension, its grinding effect is directly related to the quality and use of the product.
In this report, we will describe in detail the experimental process and results of grinding bifenazate-spirodiclofen suspension using RUCCA 1L N series rod and pin ceramic sand mill. By comparing the particle size data before and after grinding, we will show the efficient performance of the sand mill in acaricide grinding and provide better quality acaricide products for agricultural production.
I. Experimental materials and methods
1. Experimental materials
In this experiment, we chose bifenazate-spirodiclofen suspension as the grinding object, which is a mixture of bifenazate and spirodiclofen, with high efficiency and broad-spectrum acaricidal effect. At the same time, we chose RUCCA 1L N series rod pin ceramic sand mill as the grinding equipment, which has the advantages of high grinding efficiency and uniform particle size distribution.
2. Experimental method
Firstly, we put the bifenazate-spirodiclofen suspension, which was mixed in the mixing hopper at high speed, into the sealed chamber of the sand mill. Then, the sand mill was turned on so that the grinding medium would strongly collide and friction with the solid particles in the material under high-speed rotation. Finally, the milled suspension samples were collected for particle size testing.
Second, the experimental results and analysis
1. Comparison of particle size data
By comparing the particle size data before and after grinding, we can find that the initial particle size D90 of bifenazate-spirodiclofen suspension is 76.7 um, and after 20 minutes of grinding in the sand mill, the D90 is reduced to 3.1 um. The change of this data fully explains the high efficiency of the sand mill in acaricide grinding.
2. Grinding temperature control
During the grinding process, we strictly controlled the temperature of cooling water and grinding temperature. The temperature of cooling water is kept at 10 degrees Celsius, and the grinding temperature is controlled at 29 degrees Celsius, which is good for keeping the stability and activity of acaricide, and also helps to improve the grinding efficiency.
3. Customer feedback
After seeing the fineness, the customer said that the fineness of Bifenazate-Spirodicarb Suspension after grinding was much better than expected. This feedback further validates the excellent performance of the sand mill in acaricide grinding.
III. Conclusion and outlook
Through this experiment, we verified the high efficiency performance of RUCCA 1L N series rod pin ceramic sand mill in bifenazate-spirodicarb suspension grinding. The particle size of the suspended agent after grinding was significantly reduced and the fineness was uniform, which meets the requirements of agricultural production for the quality of acaricides. Meanwhile, by strictly controlling the milling temperature, we ensure the stability and activity of the acaricide and provide better quality acaricide products for agricultural production.
Looking ahead, we will continue to study the application of sand mills in the production of pesticide suspensions and explore more efficient grinding methods and processes. At the same time, we will also focus on the development and application of new acaricides to provide more comprehensive and efficient solutions for agricultural production. We believe that agricultural production will usher in a better tomorrow with the continuous progress and innovation of science and technology.
