Production of Suspension Concentrate Status Quo Bead Mill,Problems and Solutions
As an environmentally friendly and efficient pesticide dosage form, pesticide suspensions concentrate(SC) are widely used in agricultural production. However, during the production process, many manufacturers face problems such as low production efficiency and uncontrollable product particle size. In order to gain a deeper understanding of the causes and solutions of these problems, we have conducted field research on a number of suspension concentrate(SC) manufacturers.
- Status of Production and Problems
- Analysis of the Causes of the Problem
1. Equipment structure constraints: dynamic discharging design makes the discharging area is small, the flow rate is limited; agitator design is unscientific, affecting the grinding efficiency; equipment material selection is not appropriate, can't use high-quality grinding media; equipment parts processing accuracy is poor, low assembly precision, the overall stability of the equipment is poor.
2. Poor ability to expand the equipment: unable to cope with changing production requirements; equipment selection and configuration is unreasonable, resulting in large changes in the size and range of particle size; raw material quality varies greatly, affecting the stability of grinding.
3. Grading grinding problems: grinding media particle size configuration is unreasonable; recommended by the sand mill manufacturers misleading; manufacturers of production and technical personnel do not know the grinding principle in place.
4. Unreasonable matching of equipment models: blindly pursuing high quality, resulting in improper matching of equipment models.
5. Unreasonable production process: poor mixing, coarse grinding is not ideal. In order to ensure product quality, the production process control is any enterprise must and must be grasped and controlled. Very often, for suspension concentrate manufacturers, only focus on the latter level of sand mill grinding effect, ignoring the dispersion and coarse grinding. Dispersed mixed fully, before the use of the next coarse grinding; coarse grinding in place, the degree of fine grinding can be controlled.
6. Difficulty in upgrading product quality: limited production capacity of existing equipment, insufficient space for expansion; the improvement of pesticide quality makes the existing old equipment to reach the limit or beyond its production capacity.
III.Improvement Measures and Suggestions
In view of the above problems, we put forward the following improvement measures and suggestions:
1. Optimise the structure of the equipment: improve the design of dynamic discharging, increase the discharging area and flow rate; scientifically design the agitator to improve the grinding efficiency; choose high-quality materials to improve the durability of the equipment; improve the precision of processing and assembly of parts and components to enhance the stability of the equipment.
2. Improve the expansion capacity of the equipment: adjust the model and configuration of the equipment according to the production demand; reasonably select the grinding media, control the size and range of particle size; strengthen the quality control of raw materials and improve the stability of grinding.
3. Optimisation of classified grinding: rational allocation of grinding media particle size; strengthen technical communication and training to improve the production and technical personnel's understanding of the grinding principle; according to the actual demand for the selection of suitable sand mill models and configurations.
4. Adjustment of equipment models with: avoid blind pursuit of high equipment, according to the actual needs of the selection of suitable models of sand mills for reasonable matching.
5. Improve the production process: Strengthen the mixing operation to improve the effect of coarse grinding; optimise the process flow and parameter settings to ensure proper control of the production process; pay attention to the dispersion and coarse grinding links, and improve the control ability of the degree of fine grinding.
6. Improve product quality: upgrade existing equipment or replace new equipment to improve production capacity; strengthen technological innovation and R&D to expand product expansion space; improve pesticides quality standards to promote industrial upgrading and transformation.
