The 2024 Shanghai International Cemented Carbides Exhibition & Conference and China International Advanced Ceramics Exhibition& Conference is going to be held on 6-8 March 2024 at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, and RUCCA will bring its ceramic nano-materials grinding equipment to attend.There are two machines on display, the UM6 vertical bead mill and the N30 horizontal bead mill. Both machines are optimally designed for grinding media and offer efficient, stable and reliable performance.
UM6 Vertical Bead Mill is specially designed for tiny grinding media, which can be used beads smaller then 0.05mm. It adopts centrifugal separation discharging, without discharge screen, and the grinding chamber material has various choices according to the material demand.
Another machine is the N30 Horizontal Bead Mill, which features a new centrifugal separation unit for high flow and smooth discharge. This machine can be used with grinding media from 0.1 mm. The rotor and chamber arrangement is also based on the golden ratio, which reduces wear and increases energy efficiency. In addition, the equipment also adopts internal and external double cooling mode, which can effectively reduce the heat generated during grinding.
These two machine have a wide range of applications, including functional ceramics, printing inkjet, TFT\LCD colour filter dispersion, lithium battery materials, thermal paper, CMP, ceramic ink, nano-powder, nano-colour paste, food additives and other nano-milling fields. These machines adopt the European bead mill design standard, with high flow rate, good temperature control ability, high energy conversion rate, narrow particle size distribution range, especially optimised for the use of tiny grinding beads. Whether it is flexible dispersion or ultra-high energy grinding, these two devices work efficiently.
