Customer requirements:High speed dispersion mixer to dispersing 2000L water based suspension concentrate evenly before grinding,to reduce particle size of material concurrently,then transfer to bead mill,the final particle size need to reach to D90=2um,moreover,improve the capacity.
Effect description:Jet mixer can mix water based suspension concentrate(solid content=50%) evenly about after 45min in the speed of 1470rpm,then grind slurry in bead mill,the effect will improve,at same time,the problems of powder coating, agglomeration and packing in suspension agent are thoroughly solved, and the final particle size reached to D90=2um as required by customers.
