Case of dispersion and grinding in battery material

Customer requirements:To dispersing silicon which use as flame retardant material of battery,the final particle size of material is required to nanometer,meanwhile,to solve the dust contamination in workshop.
Effect description:From powder suction to grinding dispersion,only need 10 minutes,can make the particle size of silicon(solid content 30%)to reach to D90=600nm.Silicon powder be inducted to IDS inline dispersing system machine and dispersing,then grinding by bead mill,to stabilize the product.In this system of Rucca,it need only one bead mill,that will save one pass grinding process.
